We offer free shipping on returns or exchanges for products valued over $100. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for products valued under $100.
For exchanges we provide store credit for you to then repurchase the desired product. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer on any future purchases.
Please note, ‘Last pairs’ are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be approved by Rossi Boots where a suitable alternative is available.
Only stock purchased from Rossi Boots Online (this website) can be returned directly to Rossi Boots Online for a refund. If you’ve purchased your Rossi boots from one of our many stockists within Australia or online, we suggest getting back in touch with them in the first instance and bringing along your proof of purchase.
Products eligible for returns/exchanges must meet the below conditions;
Rossi Boots will process refunds and store credits for exchanges once boots are received back in their original condition.
Rossi Boots are confident in the quality of our products. We offer a Manufacturers’ Warranty within 12 months of purchase.
