  • All orders incur a flat shipping rate of $12 (per pair for boots)
  • We accept payment via Credit Card and PayPal
  • Orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped the same day
  • Delivery within Australia only
  • Metropolitan locations can expect to receive their parcel within 3-5 business days
  • We’ll keep you up to date on your order status via email and SMS notifications

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We know that sometimes you might change your mind or need something a little different. If you have an exchange or returns requests, please complete the form on our Contact page, selecting ‘Return/Exchange Request’ enquiry type.

We offer free shipping on returns or exchanges for products valued over $100. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for products valued under $100.

For exchanges we provide store credit for you to then repurchase the desired product. Shipping costs will be incurred on any future purchases.

Only stock purchased from Rossi Boots Online (this website) can be returned directly to Rossi Boots Online for a refund. If you’ve purchased your Rossi boots from one of our many stockists within Australia or online, we suggest getting back in touch with them in the first instance and bringing along your proof of purchase.

Products eligible for returns/exchanges must meet the below conditions;

  • You notify us within 21 days of purchase
  • You specify the order number and product you’d like to return or exchange. Please note care products can’t be returned or exchanged
  • Items must arrive back at the warehouse within 30 days
  • Boots must be received back unworn, in their original condition with the original packaging intact with all shipping labels attached

Rossi Boots will process refunds and store credits for exchanges once boots are received back in their original condition.

SUSPECTED FAULTS

Rossi Boots are confident in the quality of our products. We offer a Manufacturers’ Warranty within 12 months of purchase.
