12 month manufacturer's warranty

Rossi Boots take great care in the manufacture of our boots are confident in the quality of our products.

All Rossi Boots come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty (12 months from the date you purchased them).

If you believe your boots to have a manufacturing fault, and you purchased them from one of our many approved retailers, you must contact your original place of purchase to submit your boots for assessment.

Your boots must be returned to the original retailer at your own cost, with sound proof of purchase and within 12 months of the date of purchase.

The retailer, with the assistance of Rossi Boots, will assess the boots and determine the outcome of your warranty claim. If the boots contain a genuine manufacturing fault, deeming the boots unsuitable for the original intended purpose, Rossi Boots will assist retailer in issuing you with a replacement pair of boots.

The 12 month manufacturer’s warranty is void if the boots been damaged beyond normal wear and tear, have seen fair wear, are water damaged or have had external repair work completed.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

NOTE Hydrolysis is the chemical breakdown of polyurethane (PU) due to reaction with moisture/water. It is the gradual absorption of moisture over time causing the soles to deteriorate form the inside out. As the PU gets harder, and more porous the sole can start to crumble. This is not considered a manufacturing fault with our product; it is a property of PU. Hydrolysis can be avoided by regular wear and proper care of your boots. Do not store your boots in dark, unventilated areas for long periods of time.

Leather is a natural organic product and will always perform, wear and age a little different. Always dry wet footwear at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Always follow the Rossi Boots leather care guidelines when cleaning and treating your boots.
