How long does delivery take?

UPDATE: Due to the current COVID-19 situation in Victoria, there are some impacts to our distribution centres working hours which will result in delayed shipping, returns and exchanges.

Please be assured our Customer Service Team are available for over-the-phone and email support from 9 am – 5 pm AEDT Monday to Friday.

Please note: some responses from our team may also be delayed, but be assured your query is important to us and one of the team will be in contact as soon as possible.

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post and StarTrack services. Customers in metropolitan areas can expect to receive their parcel within 5 – 10 business days.

Can I check the status of and track my order?

Yes, you sure can. We sent a number of email and SMS notifications to you to keep you up to date with your order details. Once you’re order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and URL which can be used to track your shipment.

And, if you choose to create a new account you’ll also be able to access access any information on current and past orders through the ‘My Account’ section of the Rossi Boots website.

I live outside Australia. Can I still purchase online?

At this stage Rossi Boots Online is only able to ship to locations within Australia.

We offer a $12 flat shipping rate to all location within Australia

What if an item is out of stock or not available for online purchase?

Currently we have a limited range of styles online for purchase. We’d recommend signing up to  receive the latest news and updates so you’ll always be the first to know when new stock and styles become available through this site.
