Rossi work boots are built for long days on concrete, paddocks and mixed Australian surfaces. The range covers everyday elastic-sided styles and certified steel-toe safety options so you can match the boot to the job.
Expect full grain kip leather that stays supple and ages well, paired with cushioned midsoles for underfoot comfort on hard stand. Soles are engineered for grip and resistance to common oils and acids; many carry a 300 °C heat rating. Steel-toe styles add certified protection against 200-joule impact and meet Australian & New Zealand Safety Standard AS 2210.3:2019. Wider-fit and farm-oriented options include stitchdown construction and treads designed to clear clay and paddock dirt.
FAQs
Are all Rossi work boots steel toe / safety boots?
No. The collection includes both general work boots and certified steel-toe safety boots. General work styles still offer slip, oil and acid resistance and, on many soles, a 300 °C heat rating.
What is the difference between the higher-heat soles and the lighter TPU soles?
Many styles use a nitrile rubber outsole heat-rated to 300 °C with a cushioned midsole for comfort and impact response. Other styles use a lighter, flexible dual-density TPU sole that is slip, oil and acid resistant; these do not carry the 300 °C rating.
Where are Rossi work boots made?
Designed and developed in Australia. Current work boot production is in Indonesia.
How do they fit, and do you have wide options?
Most use true half sizing on a regular ‘G’ fit developed for Australian feet. Wider ‘H’ fit and deep-fit options are available on several styles. Half sizes often give a better volume match.
How should I care for them so they last?
Treat full grain leather with Rossi Boot Wax before first wear and regularly afterwards to support water resistance and longevity. Keep soles clean so the tread can grip. Replace or supplement the footbed if it compresses. Proper fit and regular waxing are the two biggest factors in long-term comfort.
