4002 Mulga Boot Tan

I purchased the Mulga Boot (Claret) 20 months ago. Before wearing them I applied the Rossi leather boot wax and let it penetrate into the leather, making the leather look and feel even better. Then I wore the boots around the house for a few days, allowing the boots to mold to my feet. I wear these boots bushwalking, not afraid to put them to the test. If they are dirty and scratched I wipe them with a damp cloth, and they look great again. Every few months I re-apply the boot wax, letting it soak in overnight, and then buff with a dry cloth resulting in a very nice looking boot. They are very versatile boots as they can be worn for outdoor work, bushwalking, going out on the town, and in the office. They look good with chinos, jeans, and shorts. The stitching and materials are five star, giving confidence they'll last decades if not my lifetime. I'm very happy to spend the money on a quality Australian boot, and only spend the money once knowing the boot will last. I first started wearing Rossi boots (Ripple desert boots) when I was a teenager 35 years ago, and I plan to be wearing them in 35 years from now too!

The Rossi Mulga's (Claret version) have been around forever it seems and they are still maintaining the high quality from the original… my partner bought a pair around 15+ years ago and the latest ones are virtually identical except for the added cushioned inner sole. The Mulga's are supremely comfortable from day one with not a hint of rubbing or any need to "break in". The quality of the leather is excellent… very thick but still able to flex.

Having spent years looking for the ideal work boot that could also be worn in a cooperate setting with either shorts or pants, I'm happy to say I've finally found the perfect boot! Comfort for days with a classy & finished look, I've even brought a second pair in the distressed style to wear on weekends!

In time I can only hope Rossi expand the colour options for this great allrounder.

I bought my pair of Mulga boots earlier this year and have worn them socially, at work and on international trips. They took barely any time to wear in and held up to quite a bit of daily wear and tear. The leather shows some scratches but generally cleans up with some wax. The quality of the leather and style of the boot made it relatively easy to dress up or down.
